Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7, 450+ remote and on-site agents across multiple sites. You will shape strategy, drive performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while balancing cost, quality, and service levels.

The role requires 10+ years in executive healthcare operations, a pharmacy background (RPh) preferred, and proven ability to scale large teams. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Pharmacy background preferred: licensed pharmacist (RPh) in good standing.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Operational excellence, process engineering, quality management systems experience.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and interaction with regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Strategically direct the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across sites to optimize patient engagement, SLA performance, and outcomes.
• Direct staffing and capacity management for large teams to balance cost, service, and growth.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure safety across operations in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other leaders to align launch timelines with execution readiness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to scale operations and improve productivity.
