Executive leadership experience building scale in large clinical call centers, pharmacy operations, or similar.
Strong staffing and capacity planning for 450+ agents and licensed professionals.
Proven regulatory compliance with state boards and DEA standards.
Track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing 450+ agents.
Direct staffing and capacity strategies for care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team with compliant processes.
Maintain regulatory compliance and liaise with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
