Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in clerical, administrative support, and/or records-processing work.
• At least one of the four years must be as a lead worker.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the customer service unit serving as supervisor.
• Open, staff, and close the front customer service office; provide face-to-face customer service.
• Answer the main phone for the Health Statistics Center.
• Enter orders into electronic order systems and complete orders.
