Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of full-time or equivalent part-time clerical/records-processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead public contact work handling receipt, auditing, processing, recording and issuance of vital documents.
• Plan and schedule staff assignments and train employees.
• Train staff in methods, procedures and policies of the vital registration office.
• Handle escalations from customers by phone or in person.
• Reconcile cash drawers and prepare daily deposits.
• Process third party orders and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist with maintaining office supply inventory and VitalChek supplies.
• Relieve personnel as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
