MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage the front desk during check-in/out and deliver a personalized patient experience. Training will be provided for those new to optical care, ensuring you learn the industry while supporting a seamless visit for every patient.

You will verify insurance, confirm appointments, and collaborate with doctors and staff to maintain a fast-paced, friendly environment that helps patients see and live their best lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role with administrative duties.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Friendly, patient-centric approach and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check-in/out experience.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on options at check-in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, and support office staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office roles as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
