Responsibilities

• Provide personalized patient check-in/out experiences and manage front desk duties.
• Verify insurance plans and educate patients on options at check-in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and outreach in coordination with providers.
• Answer multiple phone lines, greet patients, schedule appointments, and support staff as needed.
• Cross-train to other office roles as needed by the office.
