Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to deliver personalized front desk experiences during check-in and check-out. No optical experience is required; training will be provided to learn about our vision care services.

This role reports to the Office General Manager and may include weekend and evening shifts. In this position you will verify insurance options, schedule appointments, manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, and support office staff. MyEyeDr.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Flexible, team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized check-in/out experiences for patients.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on plan options at check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach.
• Manage multiple phone lines and greet patients and walk-ins.
• Support office staff with administrative duties as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
