Intuit, Inc. is seeking a motivated tax preparer to support TurboTax customers remotely. The role focuses on delivering expert tax guidance, full-service return preparation, and clear explanations of tax terms.

You will assist customers through video interactions, leveraging government resources to provide accurate answers, and you will document every interaction while aiming to meet performance metrics.

Formación

• 2+ years of federal and state individual 1040 tax return preparation for 30+ clients per season.
• Active or able to obtain PTIN.
• Must possess knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Proficient with technology and basic software usage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert tax guidance and return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Communicate clearly via video and audio tools; document interactions.
• Resolve customer inquiries by referencing government websites and resources.
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in training and pilots.
