Qualifications

• 2+ years of federal and state 1040 tax return prep for 30+ clients per season.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses.
• Knowledge of Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax guidance and full service return preparation via TurboTax.
• Explain tax terms in everyday language.
• Interact with customers through video and audio tools.
• Document customer interactions and meet KPI goals.
• Complete required training and compliance programs.
