Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a tax professional for a remote, customer-facing role to assist TurboTax users with tax preparation and guidance.

You will conduct virtual interactions via our video platform, deliver accurate tax advice, and complete full service returns when needed. You will use TurboTax and related tools, communicate clearly, and document client interactions while meeting performance targets and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 returns for at least 30 clients per season using commercial tax software.
• Active PTIN is required.
• Willingness to obtain related state licenses/certifications.
• Must reside in the United States and have a hardwired internet connection meeting security criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and full service return preparation and signature.
• Explain tax concepts and guide customers using everyday language.
• Document interactions and meet performance KPIs.
• Participate in training and competency development.
