Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a motivated tax professional to assist TurboTax customers remotely, guiding them through tax preparation and explanations of terms. This role emphasizes accurate tax advice, customer empathy, and clear communication to build confidence.

You will work with video tools to interact with customers, resolve inquiries, and document interactions while meeting performance goals. Training and compliance requirements will apply, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years preparing federal and state 1040 returns for at least 30 clients per season.
• Must hold or obtain required state licenses and PTIN.
• Active knowledge of Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Willing to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Strong communication via video and written channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax guidance and full service return preparation via video interactions.
• Answer product and tax questions, and calculate taxes accurately.
• Document customer interactions and maintain CRM records.
• Meet KPIs and participate in training and pilot projects.
