Qualifications

• 2+ years of federal and state 1040 tax returns experience for multiple clients per season.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses if needed.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and tax preparation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers virtually using video/audio tools to provide tax guidance.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and signature, and product inquiries.
• Document interactions and support customer understanding of tax terms.
• Meet KPI targets and participate in training and development as required.
