Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a tax professional to assist TurboTax customers remotely, guiding them through tax preparation and explanations of tax terms. You will use video interactions to deliver expert advice, ensure accuracy, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include full-service returns, tax calculations, and cross-training on related products. You will work from home with flexible hours and a focus on performance metrics and customer empowerment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns for 30+ clients per season.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must possess an active PTIN.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via video using state-of-the-art software.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and signature.
• Answer product and software inquiries and perform tax calculations.
• Document customer interactions and maintain quality service.
• Meet KPI metrics and participate in pilot projects as needed.
