Requirements include 2+ years of tax prep experience, PTIN, and ability to work at least 20 hours per week. Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus; remote US-based role.

Formación

• 2+ years of recent federal/state individual 1040 tax returns experience.
• Active PTIN or ability to obtain one.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers virtually using video and audio tools.
• Provide tax advice and complete and sign returns.
• Answer product and software questions and explain tax concepts.
• Document all customer interactions and meet KPI metrics.
