Job summary

Hazel Health is transforming access to pediatric mental health care by partnering with schools to provide virtual therapy to students. This role offers a flexible, part-time virtual schedule with a supportive clinical team, referrals, and the stability of W-2 employment.

Clinicians deliver evidence-based therapy to K–12 students, complete assessments, and collaborate with families, school staff, and care teams while maintaining proper documentation and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or equivalent professional license.
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to expanding access to pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care following evidence-based practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following safety protocols.
