Job summary

EVERSANA in the United States is seeking a Virtual Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation and customer engagement within an assigned ophthalmology-focused territory.

The VTBM will lead launch readiness and post-launch activities, primarily through digital and remote interactions, partnering with Retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and genetic counselors to educate on disease state and therapies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales.
• Virtual sales or omnichannel engagement experience preferred.
• Ophthalmology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive launch readiness and product adoption through virtual engagements.
• Develop account plans and prioritize opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Engage ophthalmologists, retina specialists, genetic counselors, and office staff via digital channels.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and analyze territory performance.
