EVERSANA is seeking a Virtual Territory Business Manager (VTBM) for the North Region, remote from any location in the U.S. This full-time role drives demand generation, customer engagement, and territory performance through digital and remote interactions with eye care professionals.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement launch plans, educate on disease states and product options, and maintain CRM-documented account plans and activity to optimize market uptake.

Formación

• Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare sales, inside sales, or virtual sales experience.
• Ophthalmology experience strongly preferred.
• Virtual pharmaceutical sales or omnichannel engagement experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Translate national brand strategy into territory business strategy and plans.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and clinical messaging.
• Build knowledge of disease state and product to educate stakeholders.
• Conduct high-quality virtual engagements using approved materials.
• Maintain relationships with ophthalmologists and retina specialists via digital channels.
• Utilize analytics to prioritize opportunities and maximize impact.
• Document customer interactions and territory activities in the CRM.
