EVERSANA is seeking a Virtual Territory Business Manager for the North Region, primarily remote in the United States. You will drive demand, engage with eye-care professionals, and execute digital strategies to meet territory goals.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with ophthalmology experience preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and a strong aptitude for virtual, omnichannel engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare sales, inside sales, or virtual sales with a track record of success.
• Ophthalmology experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ophthalmology market landscape and patient identification processes is a plus.
• Experience with omnichannel engagement and digital sales strategies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into territory business strategy and tactical plan to meet activity, access, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, clinical messaging, and patient access education.
• Build and maintain disease state knowledge and product knowledge to deliver compliant clinical education.
• Conduct high-quality virtual engagements using approved materials and digital resources.
• Establish relationships with ophthalmologists, retina specialists, IRD specialists, genetic counselors, and care teams via digital channels.
• Leverage analytics and customer insights to prioritize opportunities and maximize impact.
• Demonstrate ownership in resource allocation and opportunity management.
• Monitor lead/lag indicators and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
• Maintain timely CRM documentation of interactions and territory activities.
• Commit to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development and inclusive behaviors.
• All other duties as assigned.
