Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a New Business Development Advisor to drive both direct and indirect sales, develop channel partnerships, and execute go-to-market plans for incubated solutions.

This role owns end-to-end sales cycles, recruits and enables partners, and gathers market insights to inform product development. The position is full-time and virtual, with an office that is open but not required to report daily.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience required.
• Approximately 50% or more travel to customer sites and events.
• Strong grounding in consultative/solution sales and channel partner ecosystem development.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com required.

Aufgaben

• Identify target accounts and validate market fit to generate early demand.
• Own the direct selling process from discovery to contract execution.
• Recruit and enable channel partners, referral partners, resellers, or integrators.
• Develop partner models including referrals, revenue sharing, and co-marketing.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform product development and roadmap.
• Conduct customer discovery and on-site visits to translate needs into actions.
• Represent Canon at events to build pipeline and market visibility.
• Monitor competitors and opportunities in relevant channels for the portfolio.
• Source and manage external SME consultants to accelerate readiness.
