Destination Pet in Santa Monica seeks a Customer Service Representative to greet pet parents, answer phones, and guide clients through our services.

You’ll juggle check-ins, tours, and payments while helping keep the lobby welcoming. A high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service preferred; weekend/evening availability required; compensation starts at $18.47/hour DOE + tips, with DailyPay available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail.
• Strong communication across phone, in-person, and email.
• Ability to multitask with multi-line phones and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their VIPs.
• Answer phones with a smile and multi-task.
• Touring new clients and selling services.
• Ensure up-to-date vaccinations on file.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs with efficiency.
• Handle cash and balance end-of-day drawer.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort pet guests to enclosures with care.
• Keep lobby clean and welcoming.
• Support other team members as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
