Job summary

Destination Pet, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to warmly welcome pet parents, answer calls, tour new clients through our facility, and promote services that keep tails wagging. The role involves cashier duties, check-in/out handling, and ensuring safety records are up to date.

You’ll be on your feet daily, with shifts between 6:00am and 8:00pm, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Prior customer service experience and a can-do attitude are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with multi-line phones and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their furry VIPs.
• Answering phones with a smile and maintaining professionalism.
• Touring clients through the facility and recommending services.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations records are on file.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and courtesy.
• Handling payments and balancing cash drawer at end of day.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escorting pets to and from enclosures with care.
• Keeping the lobby clean and welcoming for guests.
• Supporting team members as needed.
