Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Greymont Kennel to greet pet parents and their VIPs, answer phones, and guide new clients through our facility.

You’ll balance daily cash, manage check-ins and check-outs, ensure up-to-date vaccinations on file, and provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability; pay starts at $13.00–$15.00/hour plus tips, with access to DailyPay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort with multi-line phones and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs at the facility.
• Answering phones with a friendly tone and multi-tasking.
• Touring new clients through the facility and selling services.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and courtesy.
• Handling cash, cards, and balancing the end-of-day drawer.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escorting pet guests with care between enclosures and lobby.
• Keeping the lobby clean, welcoming, and orderly.
• Jumping in to support team members as needed.
