Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with multi-line phones and computer systems.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and handle a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their VIPs, delivering a welcoming first impression.
• Answer phones with a smile and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Tour clients through the facility and upsell services.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and care.
• Balance cash and process end-of-day transactions.
• Maintain a clean, inviting lobby.
