Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and their pets at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries and scheduling.
• Guide clients through the facility and upsell applicable services.
• Maintain up-to-date vaccination records and ensure safety protocols.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and balance cash drawer at end of day.
• Respond to complaints with patience and resolve issues.
• Escort pets to enclosures and coordinate with team members as needed.
• Keep lobby clean and welcoming for every guest.
• Support other team members as needed.
