Destination Pet LLC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet pet parents and their VIPs, answer phones, and guide clients through our facilities. You’ll balance check-ins, assist with services, and maintain safety with up-to-date vaccination records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.
• Able to multitask and stay professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their furry VIPs like they just walked into a 5-star resort; but with more shedding.
• Answering phones with a smile and multitasking effectively.
• Touring new clients through the facility and selling services that keep tails wagging.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file for safety.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a personal touch.
• Handling cash and cards and balancing the end-of-day cash drawer.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism; even when it’s the cat’s fault.
• Escort pet guests to and from enclosures with care.
• Keeping the lobby clean and welcoming for first impressions.
• Supporting team members as needed; we’re all in this together.
