Destination Pet, at Ortega Animal Care Center, seeks a Customer Service Representative to warmly greet pet parents and their pets, answer phones, and proactively guide clients through our services in a fast-paced, pet-friendly environment.

You will handle check-ins/check-outs, balance payments, maintain lobby cleanliness, and collaborate with the team to deliver top-notch care. Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes pet parents and their pets in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answers phone calls and assists with inquiries and scheduling.
• Tours clients through the facility and explains services.
• Ensures up-to-date vaccination records are on file for safety.
• Manages check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and a personal touch.
• Handles cash/credit transactions and balances the end-of-day drawer.
