Job summary

Pulse Games is seeking a VIP Manager to own relationships with our highest-value players in a fully remote role. You will tailor communications, rewards, and experiences to drive retention and lifetime value, while managing VIP requests with discretion and professionalism.

You will leverage player data to inform outreach, collaborate with Product and Marketing, and ensure adherence to responsible gaming standards. The position requires English fluency and availability to work US time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of VIP management or similar player-facing role in real-money gaming/iaGaming/sports betting/online casino.
• Experience using player data to guide communications, rewards and retention.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of VIP players and be their primary contact.
• Deliver personalized communication, rewards, and experiences based on player behavior.
• Drive retention and reactivation by monitoring activity and increasing lifetime value.
• Handle VIP requests, issues, and escalations with professionalism.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to share VIP feedback and improve the journey.
• Ensure VIP interactions follow responsible gaming and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously look for ways to enhance the VIP experience and processes.
