Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a remote VIP Sales professional to build relationships with high-value players and drive incremental revenue across online and offline channels. You will manage hospitality events, regular communications, and inquiries while exceeding KPIs.

The role requires 1–2 years in gaming or sales, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to travel across the US and Canada. Licensing eligibility and a passion for sports betting are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of gaming experience online or at a brick-and-mortar casino.
• At least 1 year of sales-related experience.
• Proven experience in online gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing or account management.
• Excellent computer skills with emphasis on Excel and strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel to on- and off-property events across the United States and Canada.
• Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by regulations.
• Must have passion for sports, casino and/or sports & casino betting.

Responsibilities

• Create new business revenue by understanding, targeting and developing relationships with potential high-value players.
• Execute assigned VIP sales KPIs.
• Manage all aspects of relationships with players, including hospitality events, communications, queries and escalations.
• Generate incremental gaming revenue by anticipating and meeting player needs.
• Maintain personalized relationships with players and knowledge of profiles for tailored service.
• Push new game offerings, channels and platforms while understanding current products and initiatives.
• Communicate with members via established channels for welcomes, investigations, loyalty, sales and reactivations.
• Use daily reporting and analysis to support sound business decisions.
