Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in desktop support or similar IT role.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with Windows and macOS.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune, Jamf, SCCM/MECM) and ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of device imaging, patch management, and security baselines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Keep devices compliant with client security policies and baselines.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, configuration guides, and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate hardware logistics and escalation pathways with IT operations, security, and procurement.
