Job summary

OSI Digital, Inc. is seeking a senior Field Desktop Support Tech- L3 Executive/VIP Support Tech in Orange County, CA.

This 6-month contract role focuses on high-visibility executive support, acting as the highest escalation point and delivering white-glove technology ownership for C-suite and VIP stakeholders. You will troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365, manage Intune/SCCM/MECM, and lead A/V and boardroom support with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience, including direct support for C-level executives or VIPs
• Experience as senior escalation point (L3) for complex, high-impact issues affecting executives
• Ability to build trust with senior leadership and maintain executive presence
• Advanced troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365
• Hands-on with Intune, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, PowerShell and endpoint security
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and remote access tools
• Experience with executive collaboration/A/V environments and boardroom support
• Discretion, confidentiality, and ability to work independently under pressure
• Excellent communication translated into executive-level language
• Bilingual English/Korean preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary L3 escalation point for executive/VIP issues, owning incidents end-to-end
• Provide concierge-level support to C-suite, board members, and VIPs for seamless tech experiences
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and act as a discreet tech partner
• Troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365 with urgency
• Deliver proactive support ensuring devices, apps, and meeting environments are optimized
• Architect and maintain executive devices ecosystems (laptops, mobiles, collaboration tools)
• Lead workstation engineering initiatives (PowerShell scripting, SCCM/MECM, Intune, endpoint hardening)
• Own executive A/V and boardroom support for live meetings and events
• Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, and security to resolve complex issues
• Manage VVIP loaner devices for immediate readiness and premium UX
• Maintain documentation, SLA adherence, and reporting in ITSM systems
• Be on-site SME during executive visits for polished experiences
