Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking an Executive & VIP Technical Support specialist to provide dedicated onsite IT support for executives in San Francisco. You will handle rapid response, proactive technology readiness, and hands-on troubleshooting for executive users and meeting spaces.

The ideal candidate has strong macOS and enterprise end-user skills, maintains discretion, and can own issues from initial contact to resolution while coordinating with AV, IAM, and Engineering when escalation is

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of professional IT support, desktop support, or end-user computing experience.
1+ year of experience supporting executives, VIP users, or high-touch environments.
Strong troubleshooting experience with macOS and enterprise end-user tech.
Experience supporting identity/access issues, SaaS apps, peripherals, and printing.
Experience with conference-room and video-conferencing tech and SLAs.

Responsibilities

Provide dedicated onsite IT support for executive users and their VIP partners.
Respond rapidly to priority executive requests per SLA expectations.
Troubleshoot macOS, accounts, SaaS apps, networking, printing, and peripherals.
Own issues from initial response through resolution or escalation with cross‑team coordination.
Communicate clearly with executives, EBPs, and technical teams during incidents.
Support meeting spaces with AV readiness and rapid on-site response when issues occur.
