Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking an Executive Support Technician to join onsite in San Francisco, CA, providing rapid, expert IT support for executive users and meeting spaces. You will own issues from first touch to resolution, coordinating with AV, IAM, and Engineering when escalation is necessary.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT support and 1+ year supporting executives, with strong macOS skills and experience in conferencing technology. A discreet, professional approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional IT support, desktop support, or end-user computing experience.
• 1+ year of experience supporting executives, VIP users, or high-touch environments.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with macOS and enterprise end-user technology.
• Experience supporting identity and access issues, SaaS applications, peripherals, wireless connectivity, printing, and hardware replacement.
• Experience supporting conference-room and video-conferencing technology.
• Experience with response-time or service-level expectations.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively under high-visibility or time-sensitive incidents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to prioritize work independently and own active issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated onsite IT support for executive users and their EBPs.
• Respond rapidly to priority executive requests per service levels.
• Troubleshoot macOS, accounts, SaaS apps, network, printing, peripherals.
• Maintain ownership of issues through resolution or escalation.
• Coordinate with AV, IAM, or Engineering for escalations when needed.
• Perform proactive checks and readiness for meetings and spaces.
