Qualifications
- 13+ years in production application support leadership.
- Expert SQL and Unix/Linux administration with automation.
- Strong incident/problem/change management experience.
- Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Experience applying AI/ML in production support and automation.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production support for a portfolio of enterprise apps, ensuring 24/7 availability.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management with RCA and post-incident reviews.
- Drive AI/ML adoption and AIOps for proactive issue detection and automation.
- Provide strategic technical leadership across distributed architectures (microservices, OpenShift, Kubernetes).
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure and business teams for smooth upgrades.
- Mentor and develop a high-performance application support team.
