Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Production Application Support for enterprise systems.
• Strong SQL and Unix/Linux administration with automation scripting.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools and 24/7 production environments.
• Proven people management and leadership abilities.
• Hands-on with containerization and orchestration platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and messaging platforms.
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production support for a portfolio of enterprise-level apps, ensuring 24/7 availability, performance, and resilience across global markets.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management with RCA and long-term fixes.
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML and Generative AI in support operations and anomaly detection.
• Provide strategic technical leadership across distributed architectures and cloud environments.
• Mentor and manage a team of application support engineers and conduct performance reviews.
