The role requires seasoned leadership, deep SQL/Oracle, cloud and microservices knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to influence across functions while guiding junior analysts and ensuring risk and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of production support and analytics experience.
• Experience leading large development projects and gathering requirements.
• Strong problem solving, strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals.
• Provide expertise in area and advanced understanding of apps support principles.
• Define systems scope and objectives for complex enhancements and problem resolution; document requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine impacts and support requirements.
• Assess application implications to the current environment and identify risks and security concerns; propose mitigations.
• Perform incident/outage management and crisis handling; coordinate with Dev and Infra partners to remediate stability risks.
