Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role (Java/Spring Boot, NoSQL Database , Distributed Messaging)
• 8+ years extensive experience in Software Architecture, System Analysis and in Programming of software applications
• 8+ years experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Selenium).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience managing global technology teams
• Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple cross-functional Scrum teams across globally distributed locations.
• Drive end-to-end delivery accountability across concurrent Books of Work (BOW) with clear milestones and dependency management.
• Champion engineering excellence, Agile maturity, and CI/CD best practices across all pods under management.
• Conduct personnel management responsibilities including technical coaching, talent acquisition, career development, performance evaluations, and capacity planning.
• Serve as senior technical authority for enterprise-scale distributed systems and validate high-level designs.
• Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in Java 21, Spring Boot 4.x, Cloud-Native Microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and automated test coverage gates.
• Drive modernization initiatives, transitioning legacy frameworks into modular, event-driven, and containerized services (Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes).
• Actively drive Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent autonomous workflows across development and operations lifecycles.
• Identify recurring tasks and architect multi-agent or prompt-engineered solutions to automate them.
• Foster AI-assisted engineering with governance and security guardrails.
• Oversee architecture and optimization of high-throughput data pipelines (Oracle 19c / OraaS) and MongoDB/MaaS stores.
• Design event streaming with Apache Kafka and IBM MQ; ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
• Influence senior stakeholders to define roadmaps and priorities; ensure secure SDLC compliance.
