Citi is hiring an Application Support Delivery Manager to partner with a dedicated team to improve reliability and efficiency of critical applications across a globally scaled technology environment.

You will own the full lifecycle of application support operations — incident and problem management, vendor oversight, capacity planning, financial oversight, and service improvement — influencing technology strategy and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading application support in a large, complex technology environment.
• Hands-on incident, problem, and knowledge management at enterprise scale.
• Financial/program management capability with metrics tracking.
• Overseeing third-party vendors and offshore providers with accountability.
• Strong commercial awareness to identify cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
• Confident communicator at senior levels with governance responsibility.
• Commitment to risk and compliance standards and policies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university-level education.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple application support initiatives across teams to build a high-accountability, high-performance environment.
• Manage end-to-end application support delivery across incident, problem, and knowledge management practices.
• Oversee compliance, timesheet accuracy, and delivery governance to meet service standards.
• Own financial program management for the support function and inform budget decisions.
• Manage third-party vendors and offshore MSPs against SLAs.
• Define a capacity management framework for throughput and latency.
• Translate operational data and performance metrics into business insights.
• Establish onboarding standards and work with development teams to embed stability.
