Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Veterinary to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role focused on closing large groups across locations.

You will work with veterinary owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, guided by our sales development team, to secure multi-location contracts and drive expansion across locations and services.

Formación

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling into veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsabilidades

• Own full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close (3–12 months).
• Engage owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand deals to include more locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on key proposals.
