Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Director for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota and no direct reports.

You will close strategic, multi-location veterinary accounts, engaging owners, regional operators and marketing leaders across locations. Inbound and SD leads support your calendar as you drive high-value growth.

Competenze

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers in marketing/agency services.
• Preference for long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• No direct reports; individual contributor focused on closing deals.

Mansioni

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders across locations.
• Expand to additional locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership for key deals.
