Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Veterinary to own the largest multi-location veterinary deals, from discovery through signing, as an individual contributor. The role centers on closing multi-location groups where one win covers the whole network.

You will work with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, supported by our sales development team that feeds qualified meetings. Expect long, strategic cycles and significant expansion opportunities as deals close.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers in marketing/agency services.
• Long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Preference for closing over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deal cycle on large veterinary accounts from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations once a group signs.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
