Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Veterinary to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contracts. You will manage the full cycle on multi-location veterinary accounts with a $2M annual quota, working remotely across the USA or Canada.

No direct reports; this is an individual contributor role focused on high-value wins. You will close multi-location deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, expanding locations and services as groups

Competenze

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Experience with long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Prefer closing over managing people.

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand after signing: more locations and services.
• Work with strategists and leadership to prepare proposals for key deals.
