Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Director for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals, from initial ownership meetings to signed contracts. One win covers many locations, with deals that are large, multi-stakeholder and require strategic closing across regions.

You will operate with our sales development team and inbound leads to focus on closing high-value contracts for veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices."

Qualifications

• A proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers in marketing/agency services.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for large multi-location deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand: add locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
