Blacksmith Agency is an AI‑first digital agency serving veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices. As Regional Sales Director for Veterinary, you own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract.

One win covers many locations, so each deal is large and multi‑stakeholder. You will focus on end-to-end ownership with inbound and SDR support, closing high‑value opportunities remotely across the USA and Canada.

Formación

• Must have a proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling into veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsabilidades

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand: add locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
