Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales position to grow relationships with new and existing accounts across the West Region. You will present Merit products, demonstrate benefits, and identify underserved needs in facilities.

You will coordinate with Customer Service, marketing, and sales to ensure on-time delivery, gather feedback on new products, and onboard new team members. The role requires travel and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Three years of combined direct sales or outbound sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent oral presentation and ability to translate facts for medical purchasing personnel.
• Ability to learn medical equipment usage and suggest improvements.
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Establishes and maintains relationships with new clients and existing accounts.
• Call and demonstrate Merit products to identify needs.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to set up new accounts and process orders.
• Prepare pricing contracts and follow up to increase sales volume.
• Mentor other Inside Sales Representatives and support sales goals.
