Job summary

Merit Medical is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative for the West Region with remote options across California, Arizona and Nevada. The base salary is $60,000 with an annual bonus plan and commission opportunities.

The role focuses on presenting Merit products, building relationships with healthcare facilities, and coordinating with service teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• Three years' direct or outbound sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with medical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Calls and demonstrates Merit products to explain benefits and needs.
• Identifies potential customers and introduces Merit product groups.
• Maintains contact to monitor satisfaction and identify improvements.
• Coordinates with Customer Service to set up new accounts and orders.
• Prepares pricing contracts and follows up to grow sales.
