The position offers a base salary of $60,000 per year plus a sales bonus plan and commission opportunities, with opportunities to mentor and develop other sales staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Three years of direct or outbound sales experience.
• Strong oral presentation skills.
• Knowledge of medical equipment usage and improvement identification.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and database software.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and independent work skills.
• Ability to work extended hours to meet sales goals.
