Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a field-based sales professional to support the West Region—Arizona, Nevada, and California.

You will present Merit product groups, build relationships with new and existing accounts, and coordinate with marketing and sales to ensure on-time delivery and product feedback. You will also train and onboard new team members, drive pricing contracts, and identify opportunities to expand sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains close relationships with new clients and existing accounts by calling clients and accounts to present Merit products, to explain their benefits, and identify needs that are underserved in their facilities.
• Identifying potential customers and introducing them to specific product groups offered by Merit.
• Maintaining contact with clients to monitor their satisfaction with products.
• Coordinating with Customer Service to set-up new accounts and processing orders as they come.
• Preparing and submitting pricing contracts to clients for products.
• Following up with clients to identify opportunities to increase sales volume and profitability.
• Resolving problems with clients regarding manufacturing or delivery problems, if they occur.
• Coordinating with marketing and sales staff ... to ensure timely shipment and gather feedback.
