Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to support on-site valet operations and lead a team of associates. You will ensure efficient vehicle flow, deliver exceptional guest service, and assist with staff management while upholding service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, leading pre-shift meetings, overseeing uniform adherence, and coordinating equipment and tips/payroll with the GSM and managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Management or leadership training/certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism.
• Verify associates are in full uniform and maintain grooming standards.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to the team.
• Manage valet equipment setup and supplies for operations.
• Oversee tip handling, payroll checks, and vehicle counts for accuracy.
• Supervise safety and key handling, maintaining a safe guest environment.
• Foster a team-oriented culture delivering exceptional guest service.
• Schedule: on-site, full-time and/or part-time hours.
