Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to lead daily valet operations at client accounts in the Baltimore area. You will oversee staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and promote a safe, efficient operation on-site.

The role combines hands-on supervision with customer-facing responsibilities, offering tip-based earning opportunities and a path for leadership growth within our hospitality-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage staff and ensure safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Address guest questions and resolve service issues professionally.
• Verify staff are in full uniform and grooming standards before clocking in.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to the team and managers.
• Manage valet equipment setup/breakdown and stock supplies.
• Oversee tip handling and payroll review for accuracy.
• Supervise safety and key/vehicle management for guests and staff.
