Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to oversee daily valet operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a service-focused team on site.

In this role you will manage staff performance, conduct pre-shift meetings, handle guest questions, and ensure safety and proper key/vehicle handling while maintaining company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory or leadership training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory and customer service experience preferred.
• Background in hospitality or security support is a plus.
